Warn, I dont tolerate RDM, its a form of minge. If it happens again another warn, then kick. What would you do if someone says that they will hack the server? Instant kick. If they come back and proceed to do so, Instantly permaban. Someone joins the server but doesn't know the rules or how to play the gamemode, what would you do? Explain it to them, if they still dont get it send them the gmod steam page and ask them to learn the controlls before trying to RP. Someone randomly started an event what would you do? Well if its a user warn them its failRP and minge, if its a GM ask if they had permission if they did RP with it if they didnt then report it. Someone joins the server but starts minging/trolling on the server what would you do? Warn, then kick. If it continues a short ban (1-5 hours) Someone on the staff team starts abusing their powers! what would you do?  If I can do anything about it I would warn after I told a higher up. If they cant handle it I would do whatever the higher up tells me to do.
